ROAD MARKER ADHESIVE
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Traffic Spikes are referred to the prominent marks along the road lanes. It is a kind of traffic safety facility. Traffic spikes are generally bonded on the road using epoxy resin. COOLBOND® EP-313 is an epoxy asphalt resin based, two component adhesive with excellent performance for bonding traffic spikes (cat eyes). It has the following main characteristics:
■ Eco-friendly, construction safe and reliable.
■ High strength, strong adhesion, toughness, equivalent to pre-embedded materials
■ Good heat resistance, no creep at ambient temperature.
■ Modified epoxy resin, anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-aging, resistant to UV.
■ Good Thixotropy especially for side or top anchorage.
APPLICATIONS
COOLBOND® EP-313 is generally purpose epoxy adhesive, suitable for all kinds of traffic spikes including plastic spikes, aluminum spikes, ceramic spikes, reflecting spikes etc.. It can be used in cement concrete, asphalt or epoxy asphalt pavements. EP-313 is can also be used for a large variety of engineering materials such as metal, concrete, stone, brick and hard plastic for bonding and anchoring roads and bridges。

APPLICATION GUIDE
1. Clean the designated area, removing the floating pulp skin, loose objects, dust, grease, etc..
2. Only apply to the dry and clean surfaces at temperature above 5 ℃;
3. Evenly mix Component A and B at the specified ratio. Stick the traffic spike on the designated position on the road.
4. Do not spray water on the surface within 4 hours of application.
5. Do not shift the application objects before curing.
6. Store in 5-35oC, avoiding direct light.
7. Product shelf life: 12 months.
