Some Tips:

Following are some problems and solutions that hot melt adhesive often appear in the label industry.
1 The label shows oil leakage after labelling. There are two main reasons:

  • The coating temperature is too high.
  • The amount of glue is too large.
Solution: Reduce the coating temperature and reduce the amount of glue applied.

2. Used in label applications, often the phenomenon of curling:

  • The amount of glue applied is too small, and the adhesion of the glue is not strong.
  • The surface to be bonded is rough and the curvature is too large.
Solution: Increase the amount of coating glue to ensure that the surface to be bonded is flat and clean.

3.  Blistering during labelling of self-adhesive labels

  • The bottle body is not clean and flat. The bottle body should be washed and dried beforehand. According to the shape of the bottle body, if the rail is the surface, the surface is still a spherical bottle. When the label is applied, it is clamped and fixed by the conveyor belt, especially the flat plastic. bottle;
